This International Standard defines terms for
industrially produced machine knitted fabrics.
1.2 Definitions
The definitions of this vocabulary are complete in
themselves; illustrations are used to clarify the content
of a definition, but no standardization of the symbolic
representation of knitted fabrics is attempted.
