BH GSO ISO 6617:2024 Scope
This International Standard specifies a procedure for
determination of the ageing characteristics of
petroleum-based lubricating oils. It is applicable to
those oils which have an evaporation loss of less than
15 % mass fraction, as determined by the procedure
specified in 9.3 of this standard.
