This standard specifies a method for the determination of the flow time of paints, varnishes and related products and the products of newtonian or near - newtonian flow properties with kinematic viscosity between 25 - 150. 10-6 m2/s (25 - 150 cSt). Note: The method is limite to testing materials for which the break point of the flow from ' the orifice of the flow cup can be determined. This point is found in the materials of kinematic viscosity not exceeding 150 cSt. as diluted paints for application by brush, spray, immersion and flow.
