BH GSO ECE 12:2011 Scope
This Regulation applies to the behaviour of the steering mechanism
of motor vehicles of category M1, and vehicles of category N1, with
a maximum permissible mass less than 1,500 kg, with regard to the
protection of the driver in a frontal collision.
