BH GSO IEC 60740-2:2016 Scope

This part of IEC 740 specifies requirements for the minimum permeabilities of laminations made of silicon-iron and nickel-iron alloys as defined by the alloy classes C2, El, E3 and E4 of IEC 404-1. In particular, these requirements relate to the laminations specified in IEC 740 (future part 1). The properties specified apply to laminations in the fully heattreated state, when measured at 50 Hz or 60 Hz and under conditions ensuring sinusoidal magnetic flux.
