BH GSO 2499:2017 Scope
This gulf standard describes the method of identification as well as the determination of formaldehyde. The standard provide two methods of determination which can be selected according to the presence or absence of formaldehyde donors. The standard is applicable to all cosmetic products.
In the standard, the free formaldehyde content of the sample is expressed as percentage by mass.
