This Guideline specifies the requirements that must be met for all cosmetic products containing nanomaterials that are locally manufactured or imported , as well as the requirements applied by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in the manufacturing, evaluation, notification, and trading of cosmetic products containing nanomaterials as a final product intended solely for cosmetic purposes. This Guideline shall not apply to products with medical claims or intended medical purposes.
