GSO ECE 60:2021 Scope
This Regulation applies to vehicles of categories L1 and L3

with regard to
driver operated controls.
This Regulation specifies requirements for the location, identification,
illumination and operation of controls, tell-tales and indicators on mopeds
and motorcycles.
