GSO 1815:2007 Scope
This Gulf Standard is concerned with pickled cucumber intended for direct human consumption, prepared from desalted cured cucumber, fermented naturally or from fresh cucumber which are acidulated, preserved through natural fermentation or added acidulates, and may be further preserved by pasteurization or by other physical or chemical means.
