GSO ISO 712:1997 Scope
This standard specifies a routine reference method for the determination of the moisture content of cereals and cereal products1). The method is not applicable to maize, for which a method is specified in the draft GSO standard on “Maize - Determination of Moisture Content (on Milled Grains and on Whole Grains)”.
