ISO 9116:2025 Scope
This document gives guidance on methods of specification to be used to describe green coffee for sale and purchase.
It also gives guidance on procedures for sampling, packing, marking, storage and shipping of green coffee.
This document is applicable to green coffee as defined in ISO 3509.
